It is hard to believe that we are only 80 days away from leaving on the most important journey of our little man's life so far - Graz, and the journey to begin eating and drinking again.
Slowly but surely the funds are coming in, the fund raisers are full steam ahead and the behind the scenes work is getting done - thank you so much to all involved in getting the events off the ground and ensuring that the funds DO come in!
Tayden is sick with flu and another infection in his stoma and not feeling too well at the moment. I cant wait until we get the go ahead to be rid of this feeding tube once and for all! I have a love-hate relationship with his tube - love it because it keeps my precious boy alive but hate it due to all the problems and issues and infections it causes him. I am going to LOVE getting rid of it when the time comes, but first we need to get Tayden to Graz and eating and drinking like the champ we know he is.
There have been so many stories coming from Graz and South African families who have been there, Joanne and Matt, and Bronwyn and Josh and their families - a real encouragement to us as we prepare.
As they say - magic happens in Graz and we are counting down the 80 days with much enthusiasm and excitement for what lies ahead!
