It is amazing to me how quickly time seems to be going now or maybe it is simply because we have been so busy preparing for Graz with all the Fund Raisers, Events, interviews etc to get his story out there. Now it is 19 days and counting and it seems almost unbelievable. I think what makes it more real is that another South African family whom I have been in contact with literally daily for the past couple of months are there at the moment and are being admitted into the program to start treatment this afternoon. Suddenly all the sms's that were flying between us, the emails and the long telephone chats are gone, to be replaced by an sms from Graz, announcing that they are there safely and Jason is well.
Jill, Bruce & Jason - all the best for the program and Jason, show them how it is done buddy! You can do it!
We went to arrange our forex yesterday and now it is all real...the last minute dashes to the shops, the lists of stuff to pack and the continuous to do list which doesnt seem to be getting any shorter!

Mine was...
It is all smiles today and he is a very busy guy riding his little black bike around the house like an old pro - who would have thought he would get the hang of it so fast?
Before we leave we do have a very important day to celebrate - our little man is turning 2 on the 24th September! We are not having a party for him - we are saving it for one huge celebration when we get back from Graz and he is eating!
