It is hard to express in words the thanks that Rob, myself and our families feel to all the people who assisted us in reaching our target of R180 000. At the beginning of this excercise I honestly wondered how on earth we would do it and my mom kept telling us keep faith, it will happen.
So yes mom, you were right! The R180 000 is here, visas and passports are ready...we are just waiting for the 7th October now!
To everyone out there who supported us through their geneous giving of their time and talents to arrange events for Tayden, to those donors who donated money to his cause, some annonomously - we thank you ALL very much for your part in getting Tayden to Graz.

We had the opportinity yesterday to be interviewed by the Carte Blanche Medical Team, who are doing a segment on Feeding Tube Dependency. We are very excited about this, it will show South Africans out there what the condition is all about and perhaps we can help other parents out there to seek treatment for their children. I am not sure how well known feeding tube dependency and its effects are, but if we could help even one child through the program, it would have been worthwhile!
Our little man is smiling and laughing and is like a little Energizer bunny that just won't switch off - what a pleasure! He starts his first swimming lessons tomorrow, to prepare him for his water therapy in Graz so we are looking forward to that, especially since he is such a little water baby!
